**Job Title: QA Tester**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct manual and automated testing of software products, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Identify and report defects and issues discovered during testing, using bug tracking tools and processes to document and prioritize them for resolution.
- Participate in the review and analysis of software requirements, design documents, and user stories to identify potential gaps and inconsistencies.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of testing environments, including test data preparation and software installation.
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of issues, working closely with development teams to resolve them in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies, with experience working in agile development teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software products.
- ISTQB or similar certification in software testing is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
