**Job Title**: QA Tester Manual

**Location**: NASHIK - MAHARASHTRA

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
- Create, update, and execute manual test cases based on functional requirements.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project needs and resolve issues.
- Perform exploratory testing to identify potential usability and performance issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Prepare and maintain test documentation and reports.
- Assist in root cause analysis for reported defects and issues.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a **Manual QA Tester** or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test scripts.
- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
- Basic understanding of SQL queries to validate data integrity.
- Knowledge of different testing techniques (black-box, white-box, exploratory testing, etc.).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.) is a plus.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
