**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide end-to-end counseling to students on overseas education opportunities.
- Specialize in advising students aiming for **Europe (with a focus on Germany), the US, or the UK**.
- Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable programs and universities.
- Stay up-to-date with changing admission criteria, scholarships, and visa regulations.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with students to ensure successful enrollment.
- Participate in student engagement events, webinars, and outreach initiatives.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in overseas education counseling.
- In-depth knowledge of study destinations**:US, UK, Germany, and broader Europe**.
- Proven track record in successful student placements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a student-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong **growth mindset** and willingness to learn and evolve with the industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Multilingual ability (especially German) is an added advantage.
