**Role and Responsibilities**:
As an Overseas Education Consultant at Advent Education, you will play a vital role in helping students navigate the complex process of pursuing education abroad. You will provide valuable insights, information, and support to guide them towards making informed decisions about their academic journeys.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Consultation**: Engage with prospective students and their parents to understand their educational goals, preferences, and aspirations. Provide expert advice on suitable overseas education options, course selection, and university/college recommendations.
- **Test Preparation Guidance**: Advise students on test requirements such as IELTS, TOEFL, and Pearson PTE. Recommend appropriate test preparation strategies and resources to help them achieve their desired scores.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication, personalized guidance, and consistent follow-ups. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire consultancy process.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about global education trends, destination countries, and emerging opportunities in the overseas education sector.
- **Networking**: Collaborate with universities, colleges, and educational institutions to establish partnerships and ensure up-to-date information about academic programs and scholarships.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Counseling, International Relations, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with diverse clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of various study destinations, educational systems, and visa regulations.
- Familiarity with standardized English language tests (IELTS, TOEFL, Pearson PTE) is a plus.
- Experience in education counseling, career advising, or related roles is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in using technology and software tools for communication and data management.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
