Order Processors:
Inputting order details accurately into the system, including customer information, product details, and delivery instructions.

Coordinating with other departments such as inventory or shipping to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Sales Representatives (if applicable):
Engage with potential customers to promote products or services and secure sales.

May involve making outbound calls to generate leads or follow up on inquiries.

Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively is crucial.

Team Leaders/Supervisors:
Oversee the daily operations of the calling and order processing team.

Provide guidance and support to team members.

Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Quality Assurance/Quality Control:
Conduct quality checks on calls and order processing to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.

Provide feedback and training to team members as needed to maintain high-quality service.

Administrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing documentation related to orders and customer interactions.

Support other team members as necessary to ensure smooth operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
