**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and CRM data.
- Follow up with leads and ensure excellent client satisfaction.

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute digital and offline marketing strategies to promote company products/services.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to attract target audiences.
- Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Assist in organizing trade shows, webinars, and promotional events.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales and marketing (industry-specific experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in CRM software and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
