Job Summary:
The Real Estate Agent is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This role involves market analysis, property listings, client consultations, and negotiation of property deals. The agent will work to provide a positive and seamless transaction experience for clients, ensuring that all legal and financial obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to determine their property needs and preferences, including location, price range, and property features.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential properties that meet client criteria and stay updated on market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments.

Property Listings: Prepare and manage property listings on various platforms, including writing compelling descriptions and coordinating professional photography.

Showings and Open Houses: Arrange and conduct property showings, open houses, and tours for potential buyers and renters.

Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, providing guidance on offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to achieve the best outcome for clients.

Documentation: Prepare and review legal documents, such as purchase agreements, contracts, and deeds, ensuring all transactions comply with local, state, and federal real estate laws.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the buying or selling process.

Networking: Develop a network of contacts, including mortgage lenders, contractors, and other industry professionals to support client needs.

Marketing: Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients, including online marketing, social media, and community involvement.

Compliance: Ensure all transactions are conducted in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.

Qualifications:
Qualification:

- Proven experience in real estate, sales, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets and trends.
- Proficiency in real estate management software and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
