**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Network Cultivation**:

- Leverage existing agent network and personal database to identify and qualify potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of contacts within the Delhi NCR real estate market.
- Proactively source and identify properties suitable for listing on our platform.
- **Client Acquisition & Management**:

- Convince prospective clients of the value proposition of our platform and its benefits.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both sellers and buyers.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.
- **Property Marketing & Presentation**:

- Prepare and distribute marketing materials for listed properties (e.g., brochures, online listings, social media campaigns).
- Conduct property showings and presentations effectively.
- Utilize online platforms and digital marketing tools to showcase properties and reach potential clients.
- **Sales & Negotiation**:

- Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties.
- Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, from initial inquiries to closing.
- Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing strategies, and legal requirements.
- **Market Analysis & Knowledge**:

- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and local regulations within the Delhi NCR real estate market.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify profitable opportunities.
- **Experience**: Proven track record of success in real estate sales within the Delhi NCR region.
- **Network**: Strong existing network of agents and clients within the Delhi NCR real estate market.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales, marketing, and business development acumen.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
