Job Title: Digital Marketing and Graphic Design Associate

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing and Graphic Design Associate. This position is ideal for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience who is passionate about digital marketing and design.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Design visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for digital and print materials such as social media posts, ads, brochures, and presentations.

3. Assist in the creation and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.

4. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools to optimize campaigns and strategies.

5. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, contribute to marketing plans, and ensure consistency in brand messaging and design.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and design techniques to continuously improve our marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.

2. Proficiency in graphic design software.

4. Strong creativity and design skills with attention to detail.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

7. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and strategies.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
