Job Description: As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Lemolite Technologies LLP, you will play a crucial role in executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. Leveraging your expertise in various digital marketing channels, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement campaigns that align with our business objectives and resonate with our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics, using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand digital assets, including graphics, videos, and infographics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion efforts through targeted digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist in managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc., by creating engaging content, fostering community engagement, and managing social media advertising campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on digital marketing performance, highlighting key metrics, campaign results, and actionable recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a technology company or digital agency.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads certification, HubSpot certification, etc.) are a plus.
