**Responsibilities**:

- ** Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues**:Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- ** User Account Management**:Assist in creating and managing user accounts, including access permissions, passwords, and security protocols.
- ** System Maintenance**:Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- ** Hardware Setup and Deployment**:Assist in setting up and deploying new hardware, including computers, monitors, and other IT equipments.
- ** Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and support activities.
- ** Security Compliance**:Assist in ensuring that all systems and networks are compliant with security policies and protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Basic Knowledge on Microsoft Office, Endpoint tools and other common
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-service oriented with a proactive approach to IT support.

**Work Location**: Jayanagar - Bangalore.

**Work Mode**:Work from Office.
