**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting**:
Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses and individuals internationally to generate leads and identify potential clients.

Research and identify new markets and opportunities for business expansion.

**Communication**:
Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients.

Build rapport and establish positive relationships with decision-makers.

**Lead Qualification**:
Qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of client needs.

Document and update lead information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

**Sales Pitch**:
Deliver compelling and persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs of each prospect.

Overcome objections and address concerns to move leads through the sales pipeline.

**Market Research**:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on prospect interactions.

**Reporting**:
Prepare regular reports on call performance, lead generation, and conversion rates.

Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a related sales role.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

Ability to adapt communication style to engage with diverse international audiences.

Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking systems.

**Shift: Australian shift (4.00 am - 12.00 pm )**

**2 way cab facility will be provided**

**Monday - Friday**

**Bangalore - Jp nagar**

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹820,000.00 per year
