**Role Overview**:
As a Marketplace Operations Intern, you will support the day-to-day operations of our online marketplace. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer support, product, sales, and logistics, to ensure a seamless marketplace experience. This role is ideal for someone interested in learning how online marketplaces function and growing their career in e-commerce or operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing marketplace seller accounts, ensuring listings are accurate and updated.
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics, such as order fulfillment rates, inventory levels, and seller compliance.
- Provide support to sellers and buyers by troubleshooting issues related to transactions, deliveries, and product listings.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to address customer inquiries and resolve disputes.
- Work with the logistics team to ensure smooth and timely order processing and delivery. Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing marketplace operations.
- Analyze sales and operational data to provide insights and recommendations for marketplace performance.
- Assist with onboarding new sellers, guiding them through platform processes and policies.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior internship or project experience in e-commerce, operations, or related fields is a plus.
