**Job Description: Business Process Executive (Course Coordinator)**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Course Coordination**:

- Schedule and coordinate training sessions.
- Manage trainer and participant communication, ensuring timely updates on schedules, materials, and requirements.
- **Process Management**:

- Develop and streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on course performance and outcomes.
- **Resource Management**:

- Ensure the availability of necessary training materials, tools, and technology.
- Coordinate logistics for physical and virtual training sessions.
- **Customer Support**:

- Address participant inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Foster a positive learning environment and ensure participant satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**:

- Liaise with trainers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth course execution.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to promote training programs.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 12th Pass - Graduation in any field
- 3 Months to 1 Year Experience Preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in training coordination or process management is a plus.
- Freshers with good communication skill welcome.

**Work Environment**:
This role requires a proactive approach to managing multiple tasks, with occasional flexibility for evening or weekend sessions. A passion for education and process excellence is key to success in this position.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
