Must have good working experience as Sales Coordinator in Corporate
- Identifying Opportunities through websites, Tender portals for tenders
- Looking out for business opportunities like RFQ, RFP in various Government or Private Companies at worldwide
- Sourcing and getting dealership with other countries organization to participate the tenders
- Preparing for EMD for local Tenders & Bank guarantee for overseas tenders.
- Attending and Sort out the queries from the overseas customers.
- Assisting with Directors to submit the proposals.
- Negotiate with vendors.
- Preparing documents such as important credential, power of attorney for submitting the tenders by offline and online.
- Co-Ordinating with Customers and vendors.
- Receiving purchase order and preparing arrangements for supply of the goods after tender awarded.
- Making Joint Venture with other organization to participate the High Value Tenders.
- Maintain confidential documents.
- Drafting letters, preparing quotations.
- Attending meetings with sales department and senior level management.
- Analyze the Exact need from the customers and work for the same.
- Co-ordinating with sales team.
- Prepare and submit the monthly reports.
- Involves coordinating and tracking sales activity across General Trade & Modern Trade channels
Manage Schemes, Credit/Debit Notes & Receivables and adhere to sales SOPs
Periodic follow-up with dealers & distributors for the Purchase Orders
- **Selective inquiry handling and follow-up.**:
- **Preparing and forwarding quotations to customers.**:
- **Generating Purchase Order to the vendors.**:
- **Uploading Purchase Order after confirmation.**:
- **Cross-checking Purchase Order with Sales Order of suppliers.**:
- **Generating Sales Order Acknowledgement to the customers**:
- **Replying to queries to customers.**:
- **Responsible for daily and weekly reports.**:
- **Maintaining the Adequate Stock**:
- **Maintaining the Adequate stock level in ERP**
Any graduate with experience in sales coordination in Corporate
Good knowledge in Tenders portal
Must have knowledge in Bank guarantee for overseas tenders
Sourcing and getting dealership
Should have good Microsoft Excel knowledge, MS Powerpoint and MS Word.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
