About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales operations. In this role, you will not only handle day-to-day coordination and client communication but also represent the company at client sites, business meetings, seminars, and industry exhibitions. If you enjoy building relationships, multitasking, and being on the move, this role is for you

What you'll Do:

Manage and process sales orders accurately, coordinating with logistics and finance to ensure timely deliveries.

Act as the key point of contact for clients : handling inquiries, follow-ups, and maintaining strong business relationships.

Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and sales reports to support business growth.

Travel regularly for client meetings, on-site visits, and networking opportunities.

Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and seminars to showcase our products and strengthen brand presence.

Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM system.

Conduct basic market research and gather competitor intelligence.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience in sales coordination or client servicing (preferred).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.

Willingness and enthusiasm to travel for business meetings, client visits, and events.
