Job summary-Outbound calling activity involves cross selling to existing set of customers and also converting new to bank leads getting generated via various digital campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meeting daily calling productivity target.
- Meeting daily lead generation target

For NTB and existing customers.
- Meeting daily and monthly conversion target as per goal sheet.
- Attending daily team meetings for progress and performance.
- ESQ on every customer contact.
- Regular training on LUMOS
- Adherence to code of conduct and compliance.

**Desired skills and competencies-**

Communication and negotiation skills.

Customer focus and result orientated.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
