**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive internal audits of financial and operational processes within the hospitality sector.
- Review internal controls, identify gaps, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Evaluate compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of risk management strategies.
- Monitor corrective actions to ensure they are effectively executed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency and mitigate risks.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).**:

- Experience**:1-3 years of Internal Audit experience**, preferably in the **hospitality industry.**:

- Strong understanding of financial processes, risk assessment, and compliance standards.
- Proficient in audit tools and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
