**Purpose**:
Data Mining, Cold calling, Fetching requirement from the customer, Lead Generation.

1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service (Target 100 to 150 calls daily)

2. Influences customers to buy or retain product or service.

3. Answer questions about products or the company

4. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

5. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

6. Enter and update customer information in the database

7. Take and process orders in an accurate manner

8. Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

9. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

**Desired Competencies**

a. Any Graduate

b. 0.6 - 1 years of experience

c. Strong Verbal & written communication skill

d. Cool-tempered and able to handle customers with patience

e. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

**Segment**:
1. Power Electronics Background(UPS/Inverter/Solar Background)

2. Electronics or Electrical background.

4. Convincing and Strong Communication Skills.

5. Basic Computer Knowledge(Excel/Word)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
