Job Responsibilities

Assist catering sales manager in reviewing, monitoring and revising guest service standards, thereby enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Assist and maintain an efficient administration system within the department.
- To follow the Departmental Operations Manual that reflects policies, procedures, work processes and performance standards within the department
- To maintain client database with segmentation.
- To ensure that an efficient and accurate filing system, both manual and electronic, is constantly updated.
- To ensure that standard correspondence formats for various stages of bookings and events is completed and maintained.
- To continuously seek ways to maximize revenues and profits by upselling other facilities and services.
- To assist the catering sales manager in monitoring and analyzing activities in the market, through guest feedback so as to ensure that we stay ahead of competition.
- Actively solicit and develop sales and marketing activities with key industry partners such as travel agencies, convention organizers.
