**Inside Sales Executive** (Sales-Driven)

**Location**: Sector 2, Noida
**Experience**: 1-4 Years
**Salary**: ₹up to 17 k + incentives
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated **Inside Sales Executive** to connect with potential clients, generate leads, and support the sales pipeline. The role requires strong communication, excellent follow-up discipline, and expertise in using **Advanced Excel** to manage reports and performance tracking.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound leads.
- Identify business opportunities and nurture them through regular follow-ups.
- Maintain lead databases, call logs, and follow-up trackers in Excel.
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards using advanced Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead conversions.
- Consistently achieve lead generation and sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate (any stream), 1-3 years of experience in inside sales/ telecalling/ telesales.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in **Advanced Excel** for reporting and data management.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with teams.
