Profile Introduction

As a Facility Incharge at our resort, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all facilities within the resort premises. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from overseeing the maintenance team to coordinating with various departments to create an environment that ensures an exceptional guest experience.

Profile Responsibilities
- **Facility Management**:

- Supervise and lead the maintenance team in performing daily inspections and routine maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all resort facilities, including rooms, recreational areas, landscaping, and common spaces, are well-maintained and meet the highest standards.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Recruit, train, and manage a skilled team of maintenance staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Schedule and coordinate staff assignments to efficiently handle maintenance tasks.
- **Budget Management**:

- Collaborate with the management team to develop and manage the facility maintenance budget.
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- **Guest Satisfaction**:

- Work closely with the guest services department to address guest complaints or requests related to facilities promptly.
- Implement measures to enhance the overall guest experience through well-maintained facilities.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure that the resort complies with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.
- **Supplier and Contractor Coordination**:

- Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors for maintenance-related services and procure necessary materials.
- Negotiate contracts, oversee work quality, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Develop and implement emergency response protocols for facility-related issues.
- Act as a point of contact during emergencies, coordinating with relevant authorities and departments.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, expenses, and inventory.
- Provide regular reports to the management team on facility performance, challenges, and improvement opportunities.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 per month
