**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**:

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce engaging and effective marketing materials.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Create and schedule content that aligns with the brand voice and marketing goals.
- Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages to build relationships with the audience.
- **SEO and Content Optimization**:

- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure all content is optimized for search engines.
- Track and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to inform and improve digital marketing strategies.
- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting campaign performance and areas for improvement.
- **Budget Management**:

- Assist in managing the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and maximizing return on investment.
- Track expenditures and provide recommendations for budget adjustments.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
- **Stay Updated**:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Continuously learn and adopt new techniques to improve marketing effectiveness.

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)
