**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Assistant

**Position Overview**: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our products or services. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads through various digital channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Strategy Development**: Create and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- **SEO/SEM**: Optimize website content for search engines and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to increase visibility and drive traffic.
- **Social Media Management**: Develop and manage social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Monitor and analyze social media performance.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other marketing team members, sales, and external agencies to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and results.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
