At Digiperform Vadodara, we are expanding our team and seeking a **Digital Marketing Trainer** who is passionate about teaching and mentoring students to build their careers in digital marketing.

**Key Responsibilities Training Delivery**
- Conduct interactive and practical training sessions on various digital marketing modules.
- Provide hands-on training on tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and automation platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and algorithm updates to ensure training content remains relevant.

**Curriculum Development**
- Develop and enhance training materials, case studies, quizzes, and real-world projects.
- Continuously improve training modules based on industry advancements and student feedback.

**Student Engagement & Mentorship**
- Guide students through real-time projects, internships, and career development opportunities.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide mentorship on live digital marketing projects.
- Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and practical evaluations.

**Industry Collaboration & Digital Growth**
- Collaborate with industry experts and organizations to facilitate guest lectures, workshops, and placement opportunities.
- Assist in the digital marketing efforts of Digiperform Vadodara through content marketing, social media, and online campaigns.

**Key Skills & Expertise**
- Proficiency in **Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM tools, automation platforms, WordPress, and AI-driven marketing tools**.
- Expertise in running **Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads**.
- Excellent training and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Ability to demonstrate live case studies and real-world campaign execution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in **Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, IT, or a related field**.
- Minimum **2-3 years** of practical experience in **Digital Marketing and Training**.
- Industry certifications such as **Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Blueprint, HubSpot, or equivalent** are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
