**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain, customize, and update Zoho CRM modules, fields, workflows, and dashboards.
- Manage user roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Ensure data accuracy by performing regular data cleaning, deduplication, and health checks.
- Create workflows, automation rules, and custom functions to improve efficiency.
- Generate and share CRM reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
- Act as the first point of contact for CRM-related issues and troubleshoot problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into CRM solutions.
