As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Tele Sales Executive to join our team and drive leads generation for our digital marketing and ERP products.
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads for digital marketing and ERP products.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
3. Understand client needs and requirements to effectively pitch relevant products.
4. Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies.
6. Provide product information, demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients.
7. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in tele sales, preferably in digital marketing or ERP products.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong understanding of digital marketing and ERP products.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
7. Good organizational and time-management skills.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹28,550.49 per month
