Job Title: HR Executive - HRMS

**About Us**:
We are a financial services and management firm headquartered in Kacheripady, Kerala, serving clients throughout the Middle East.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administer and maintain the HRMS.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Monitor attendance and prepare payroll.
- Provide training and support to staff on HRMS usage.
- Generate reports and analyze HR data.
- Collaborate with IT for system updates and troubleshooting.
- Conduct recruitment and other HR-related tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 7 months experience in HR.
- Previous experience in HRMS administration preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in English with good communication skills.

Schedule:

- Day shift
