**Pre-operative Preparation**:

- Assist in preparing surgical equipment, instruments, and implants specific to orthopedic and joint replacement surgeries.
- Verify the availability and functionality of specialized equipment required for procedures.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure the operating room is set up according to the specific requirements of each procedure.
- **Intra-operative Support**:

- Assist orthopedic surgeons during surgical procedures, including joint replacement surgeries, by providing necessary instruments, implants, and equipment.
- Maintain a sterile field throughout the surgery, adhering strictly to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and promptly provide requested instruments or supplies.
- Monitor and document the usage of implants and instruments during procedures, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- **Post-operative Care**:

- Assist in transferring patients from the operating room to the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) or recovery area.
- Provide initial wound care and dressing changes under the direction of the surgical team.
- Assist in transferring patients to their hospital room, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and physical therapists to facilitate early mobilization and rehabilitation of orthopedic surgery patients.
- **Equipment Maintenance and Sterilization**:

- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment according to established protocols.
- Ensure the proper functioning of orthopedic surgical equipment and report any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain inventory levels of orthopedic supplies, implants, and instruments, and assist in reordering as necessary.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
