**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare the operation theatre before and after each procedure.
- Assist surgeons and nursing staff during operations by handling instruments and equipment.
- Sterilize, arrange, and check surgical instruments and supplies.
- Maintain and operate OT equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
- Ensure adherence to hospital infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Assist in positioning and transferring patients safely.
- Manage OT inventory and report shortages or malfunctions.
- Dispose of biomedical waste safely in accordance with hospital policies.
- Support the surgical team during emergency and elective procedures.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Diploma / Certificate in Operation Theatre Technology from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience as an OT Technician in a hospital setting preferred.
- Strong understanding of surgical instruments, equipment, and aseptic techniques.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations.
- Commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.
