**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pre-Operative Duties**:

- Prepare and disinfect the operating room before surgery.
- Sterilize instruments, linens, and other surgical equipment.
- Ensure all required surgical tools and equipment are ready and in working condition.
- Assist in positioning patients on the operating table as per surgical requirements.
- Check and maintain stock of OT consumables and equipment.
- **Intra-Operative Duties**:

- Assist surgeons and nurses during surgical procedures.
- Provide instruments, sponges, sutures, and other materials as needed.
- Monitor the sterilization and cleanliness standards during procedures.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols.
- **Post-Operative Duties**:

- Help in shifting patients to the recovery room post-surgery.
- Clean and restock the OT for the next procedure.
- Dispose of medical waste following bio-medical waste management rules.
- Maintain equipment and OT cleanliness.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain OT records and logbooks.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and infection control standards.
- Report equipment malfunction or shortages immediately.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
