**Job Summary**
The Sales Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the company in achieving revenue targets. This position requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including lead generation, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and providing general administrative support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Qualification**:
- Research and identify potential clients through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, industry databases, online directories).
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads and sales activities in the CRM system.
**Sales Support**:
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings and client presentations.
- Prepare sales proposals and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and other necessary documentation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales efforts.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
**Client Relationship Building**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
- Gather client feedback and share it with the sales and marketing teams.
**Other Duties**:
- Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Assist with other sales and marketing initiatives as needed.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
