**Job Description -** ITI/ Diploma in Instruments/Electrical/Electronic with minimum 2years of experience.

**Key Responsibilities**: typically include:
**1. Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team by preparing proposals.
- Coordinate sales meetings etc.
- Help in the preparation of sales reports, tracking sales metrics, and analyzing data.

**2. Customer Interaction**:

- Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and address concerns.
- Assist in the order processing by ensuring that orders are correctly entered into the system.
- Maintain relationships with clients and provide support for their needs.

**3. Administrative Tasks**:

- Manage and update the customer database with accurate information.
- Organize and maintain sales documentation, contracts, and agreements.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team.

**4. Coordination and Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, finance, logistics).
- Ensure clear communication of customer requirements to the relevant teams.
- Assist in the coordination of sales promotions, marketing campaigns.

**5. Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate sales reports and provide insights based on sales data.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales targets, achievements, and trends.
- Provide recommendations to the sales team for improving performance based on data analysis.

**6. Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure all sales activities are compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales contracts, agreements, and transactions.

Experience with sales of industrial products like process instruments, industrial automation on any process parameters along with accessories will be preferred.

Should have strong technical and communication skills.

Remuneration - 14k-18k (CTC)

Preferred Qualifications - B.Tech/Diploma in engg or equivalent

Min. Experience - 2 or more years

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
