**Job Title: Showroom Sales Executive**

**Job Summary**:A showroom sales executive is responsible for promoting and selling products or services within a designated showroom. This role involves interacting with customers, providing product information, demonstrating features, and closing sales to meet revenue targets.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**:Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.
Understand customer needs and preferences through effective communication.
Provide product information and answer customer inquiries.
Guide customers through the showroom, highlighting key features and benefits.

**Product Knowledge**:Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
Effectively communicate product features and advantages to customers.

**Sales and Revenue Generation**:Actively engage in the sales process, from introduction to closing.
Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Upsell additional products or services to maximize revenue.
Process sales transactions and ensure accurate documentation.

**Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Manage customer feedback and provide insights to improve products or services.

**Visual Merchandising**:Ensure the showroom is well-organized and visually appealing.
Arrange displays to highlight featured products and promotions.
Monitor and replenish stock as needed.

**Collaboration**:Coordinate with other showroom staff and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional strategies.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field may be an advantage.

**Experience**:Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is often preferred.

**Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits.

**Customer Focus**:Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building positive relationships.

**Sales Skills**:Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Negotiation and closing skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
