Showroom Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**: Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting bathroom fittings, accessories, and sanitary ware based on their needs and preferences.
- **Product Knowledge**: Provide detailed information on bathroom products, including features, benefits, pricing, and specifications.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- **Inventory Management**: Ensure that showroom displays are well-maintained, organized, and stocked with the latest products.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct demonstrations of bathroom fittings and accessories, highlighting product quality, design, and functionality.
- **Order Processing**: Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and handling necessary documentation.
- **Customer Follow-Up**: Follow up on customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- **Market Trends**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and consistent customer experiences.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or showroom operations related to bathroom fittings, sanitary ware, or home improvement products.
- **Product Knowledge**: Strong understanding of bathroom fittings, sanitary ware, and related accessories, including technical specifications.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with customers.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven ability to meet sales targets, close sales, and upsell products.
- **Customer Service**: Strong customer service orientation with a focus on understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain a positive and collaborative working environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for quality and attention to detail in both product display and customer interactions.
- **Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus).
