**Job Description: Accounts & Sales Assistant**

We are hiring **2 Female Accounts & Sales Assistants** for locations in **Bhawanipore** and **Salt Lake, Kolkata**. This role requires a blend of accounts management and basic sales assistance, with knowledge of Tally and basic English communication.

**Locations**: Bhawanipore & Salt Lake, Kolkata
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Management**:

- Handle daily bookkeeping and maintain financial records using Tally.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks like GST calculations and invoicing.
- Reconcile accounts and support month-end financial processes.
- **Sales Assistance**:

- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide sales support as required.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups.
- **Inventory & Billing Support**:

- Prepare bills and manage inventory data efficiently.
- Maintain proper documentation for sales and accounts records.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Support walk-in customers at the office or store.
- **General Office Support**:

- Coordinate with the team for smooth office operations.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the manager.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum graduate in Commerce or related field.
- **Experience**: 1+ year of experience in accounts and sales roles preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
