**Job Title: Student Mentor **(Rays Integrated School, Aegon)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Student Mentor to join our team. As a Student Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding students throughout their academic journey. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a bridge between students and teachers, providing assistance and mentorship to ensure their success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a mentor and role model for students, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Facilitate communication between students and teachers, ensuring effective collaboration and understanding.
- Provide academic guidance and support to students, helping them set goals and develop effective study habits.
- Assist students in understanding and navigating school policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular check-ins with students to monitor their progress and address any concerns or challenges they may be facing.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop strategies for individual students' academic improvement.
- Organize and facilitate workshops or study groups to enhance students' learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular reports to school administration.
- Collaborate with parents to develop personalized academic plans for each student, taking into consideration their strengths, weaknesses, and aspirations.
- Engage in regular communication with parents to discuss students' academic performance, goals, and challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Able to reside on school premises.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in a mentoring or tutoring role is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students and establish a trusting relationship.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A pleasant and professional appearance.
