**We’re Hiring: Finance Academic Mentor** **Company**: Nexx Grow Learn (EdTech) **Position**: Finance Academic Mentor **Job Type**: Full-Time **Salary**: ₹20,000 per month **Experience**: 0-1 years in Finance/Teaching/Training **Location**: Kozhikode Are you passionate about Finance and want to make a real impact in education? We at Grow Learn, a leading EdTech platform offering diploma courses in Finance, are looking for a dedicated and skilled Finance Academic Mentor to guide and support our students. **Eligibility**: - Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - ACCA / CMA / CA-Inter certifications are welcome. - Prior teaching or mentoring experience is an added advantage. - Strong domain knowledge in Finance and Accounting tools/software. - Excellent communication and mentoring skills. **Key Responsibilities**: - Track student progress, provide timely feedback, and address learning gaps. - Conduct weekly recap sessions to reinforce learning. - Provide internship training and prepare students for assessments. - Assist students in understanding difficult concepts with clarity and patience. - Share academic meeting agendas and minutes with the HR team. - Motivate students to meet deadlines, complete assignments, and stay engaged. - Support placement coordination by sharing vacancy updates. - Coordinate with tutors and evaluate performance of classes and students. - Respond to student queries via calls, WhatsApp, or other platforms. - Provide product training to the sales team when required. - Engage in syllabus-related research and learn relevant tools for the course. **What You’ll Gain**: - Opportunity to shape careers and empower learners in Finance. - Flexible remote work environment. - Be part of a growing and supportive academic team. - Scope to contribute beyond the classroom—strategy, tools, and innovation. **Ready to Apply?** **"Application for Finance Academic Mentor"** **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 09/05/2025
