RESPONSIBILITY:

- **Staff Supervision**: Lead, train, and schedule bar staff, ensuring effective teamwork and excellent service delivery.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and maintain stock levels, place orders for beverages and supplies, and manage inventory to prevent shortages.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and high-quality service for all guests, addressing complaints and diffusing tense situations.
- **Operations Oversight**: Manage bar operations, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- **Sales and Promotions**: Develop and implement promotional events and sales strategies to increase revenue and guest engagement.
- **Cash Handling**: Accurately handle cash and card payments, managing transactions at the bar or for table service.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols, monitor for potential health hazards, and ensure proper alcohol service procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
