Sciative Solutions is looking for smart, diligent, and determined professional to join our team in the role of ‘Talent Acquisition Executives/Sr. Executives’. This role focuses on fulfilling the people and skills requirements in the company, and directly impacts the growth journey. At a high level, the TA Execs will build a deep understanding of the different business requirements and roles, and source, identify, screen, and hire right individuals for the same.

**Day to day responsibilities shall include**:

- Interacting with different business leaders to understand their people requirements, budgeting the same, preparing detailed job personals and descriptions.
- Sourcing top talent for open IT or Non-IT positions using job boards, social media platforms like Linkedin, and other unconventional techniques.
- Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews with the Hiring Managers.
- Performing background and reference checks.
- Supporting new hires in their relocation;
- Completing the hiring and joining formalities to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Adhering to company policies and standard operating procedures in the hiring process.
- Strong in Searching Techniques / Sending Mass Mails / Job Postings.
- Organized and systematic in day to day activities,
- Graduate degree in any discipline, with prior exposure (through internships or full time roles) in HR or talent acquisition roles; MBA in HR preferred but not necessary;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work simultaneously on multiple hiring requirements,
- Confident and creative with problem-solving ability.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
