**BINITO** is a boot-strap start-up, offering a wide range of FMCG affordable products. Its quality-driven products will maintain strong presence across online and offline channels. As part of our expansion plans in India, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to drive growth in offline sales channels across key regions
**Key Responsibilities:
- **
Assist in developing offline sales channels in assigned territories to expand market reach.
Support the **Area Sales Manager in maintaining relationships with dealers and distributors.**
Work towards meeting or exceeding **sales targets** set for the assigned region.
Identify potential distributors and assist in negotiating business terms with partners.
Help track and report sales performance to optimize channel performance.
Assist in implementing marketing and promotional strategies at retail stores.
Coordinate with dealers and distributorsto ensure timely order fulfillment and proper inventory management.
Address c**ustomer inquiries and resolve issues related to product availability, quality, and service.**
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.**
**Experience -1 to 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in retail or consumer**goods.
**Technical Skills**:
- Familiarity with offline sales channels and retail distribution.
Experience in dealer support and sales execution.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics
Soft Skills - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to meet deadlines and sales targets.
