**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential clients through calls, meetings, and online platforms.
- Explain company services including brand consulting, franchise development, marketing, and IT solutions.
- Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to the management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in **sales, business development, or telecalling** (preferred in consulting or marketing sector).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools will be an advantage.
