- As a Digital Transformation Consultant - Sales Technology at Thoucentric, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales technology initiatives and analytics for our clients. You will be responsible for leveraging cutting-edge digital solutions to enhance our clients' sales processes, optimize performance, and derive valuable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges in the sales domain.
- Propose and implement digital transformation strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
- 2. Technology Solutions:
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend sales technology tools and analytics platforms.
- Oversee the implementation of digital tools to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and capture relevant data.
- 3. Sales Analytics:
- Design and implement analytics solutions that extract actionable insights from sales data.
- Collaborate with clients to understand data captured and develop products that translate data into business insights.
- 4. Consulting and Advisory:
- Provide expert advice on sales technology trends, analytics best practices, and their synergies.
- Guide clients in aligning technology solutions with their business goals and leveraging analytics for strategic decision-making.
- 5. Project Management:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes in both sales’ technology and analytics domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions and analytics seamlessly.
- 6. Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs in both technology and analytics.
- Act as a trusted advisor, continuously identifying opportunities for additional value through data-driven insights.
