We have also built point solutions and products through Thoucentric labs using AI/ML in the supply chain space. **At Thoucentric, we work on various problem statements.** - The most popular ones are - ** Building capabilities **that address a market need, **basis our ongoing research efforts** - ** Solving a specific use case **for a current or potential client **based on challenges on-ground** - ** Developing new systems **that help be a better employer and a better partner to clients - All of these need the **best of minds to work on them day-to-day**; and **we do exactly that** - Your **contribution to organization development is as important** as outward facing consulting. - **We are invested in both, employee growth and client success** The Business Intelligence consultant is expected to have demonstratable skills in the following areas: - Delivered at least one BI project using a standard dashboarding tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, Looker or ThoughtSpot) for global clients in their previous roles. - Domain experience in at least one area, including but not limited to CPG, BFSI, Manufacturing, Automotive, Telecom and High-tech. - Meaningfully contribute to new BI proposals while collaborating with Thoucentric capability leads. - Work with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Analytics Consultants and Engineering teams to deliver on client use cases. - Ask meaningful questions to the client to understand and document their enterprise data landscape. - Work with Data Engineering team and platform SMEs to propose and build appropriate data pipelines to cater to the BI dashboards. - Author Technical and Functional specification documents as per the BRD and proposed BI architecture. - Deliver value to the client through proactiveness, thought leadership and execution. Needless to say, excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Leadership traits would be much appreciated **Requirements**: - Exposure to cross-functional use cases across multiple domains, with a focus on data storytelling and reporting, along with the following traits: - 2+ years of prior experience in Data & Analytics. - Experience in building enterprise grade dashboards, aggregating data from multiple sources and ERPs. - Architecting and building modular dashboards with dynamic components for scalability and maintainability. - Ability to identify KPIs of import from large datasets. - Conversant with data storytelling techniques. - Good with UI elements and UX design concepts, rapidly transforming raw data into actionable insights using compelling charts and UI design elements. - Experience with dimensional modelling and creating data models, to fine tuning of SQL queries as required. - Experience with traditional and cloud data sources. - Some knowledge of standard ETL / ELT tools. - Understanding of Python scripts and data processing with the Pandas library. - Work in an extremely Agile environment while interacting with senior stakeholders and leadership. - Ability to cope in a complex and fast-changing business environment, and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation. - Can take complete ownership on the project with multiple vendors and stakeholders. **Benefits**: **What a Consulting role at Thoucentric will offer you?** - Opportunity to define your career path and not as enforced
