Position: Assistant Professor – Computer Science & Engineering Location: Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru, Karnataka (Harohalli Campus)Experience: 3-5 Years with Mandatory PHD in CSE or related field.Qualifications:PhD in CSE or closely related discipline (e.G., Cybersecurity, AI/ML, Data Science) – mandatoryProven research output: ≥ 4 papers in Scopus/Web of Science indexed journals.Strong academic record at UG and PG levels (First Class preferred).Desired Profile:Passionate about teaching and mentoring undergraduates/postgraduates.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Represents a strong potential for growing research, with a publication track record.Roles & Responsibilities:Teach core and elective CSE courses at UG & PG levels (e.G., Data Structures, Algorithms, ML, Cybersecurity).Develop course materials: syllabus, lesson plans, labs, assessments.Mentor students on projects, provide guidance for internships and placements.Lead or participate in research: publish papers, secure funding, guide PhD/MS scholars.Support curriculum development aligned with AICTE and UGC standards.Serve on university committees (admissions, exams, student welfare, etc.).Engage in consultancy, workshops, and conferences; collaborate with industry; supervise student activities.Application Procedure:Email: Send resume & cover letter to careers@dsu.edu.in referencing the CSE Assistant Professor role.Date: 23-10-2025Dr. D.
