Executive - IT Support & Administration - Chikhli

**ROLE & RESPONSIBLITIES**:
**Networking & IT Infrastructure**
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks for seamless operations.
- Configure and secure networking devices such as firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards.
- Should have exposure to ensure seamless internet and networking support in large plant
- Daily Monitoring of networking systems and ensure no halt in operations due to internet
- Installation and troubleshooting of CCTV and Biometric devices
- Managing the end-to-end setup, configuration, and optimization of video conferencing platforms, audio systems, online meeting tools, and meeting room IT systems to deliver a seamless and hassle-free user experience.

**Coordination and Support for Software and App Development**
- Understanding software upgradation and technological advancement requirements from respective departments.
- Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration with software developers to ensure project alignment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues during the development process.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative and technical inputs for new software and app features, and validate developments / UAT as per company proposed features.
- Guide and assist developers throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution of processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and work closely with developers to optimize functionality and processes.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure quality assurance standards are met for all deliverables.

**ERP and Software Systems**
- Oversee the integration, optimization, and maintenance of ERP systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users for ERP functionalities.
- Collaborate with vendors and teams to implement upgrades and customizations.

**Mobile Applications and Functions**
- Ensure secure integration of mobile devices with enterprise systems.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with organizational mobile device policies.

**Internet Services and Digital Tools**
- Ensure reliable internet connectivity and optimize bandwidth utilization.
- Deploy and manage cloud-based collaboration and productivity tools.
- Monitor and maintain internet services to prevent downtime.

**Automation and IoT Solutions**
- Implement automation workflows to improve manufacturing and administrative processes.
- Deploy and manage IoT devices and systems for operational efficiency.
- Analyze data from IoT platforms to support business decision-making.

**QR-Based Technology Integration**
- Develop and implement QR-based solutions for real-time logistics and process administration.
- Automate inventory management, shipment tracking, and reporting through QR technologies.
- Train team members on QR code usage and implementation practices.

**IT Procurement and Asset Management**
- Manage IT-related procurement, including hardware, software, and licenses.
- Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
- Oversee asset lifecycle management, from acquisition to decommissioning.

Monitor and ensure compliance with AMC terms for hardware, software, and services.

**Experience**:

- 4+ years of experience in IT operations, networking, ERP systems, and asset management.
- Strong understanding of IT procurement processes and AMC management.
- Knowledge of QR-based technology and automation tools.
- Familiarity with IoT platforms and manufacturing logistics processes.

**Educational Qualification**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
