JOB PURPOSE Responsible for conducting tests and give technical support to manufactured products to meet product s high-quality standards and meet clients expectations ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES Conducting testing on Finish Goods incoming Raw Material Packing Material building materials Perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as and when required Maintaining the log of QC records generated at the site for easy traceability Calibration of instruments on daily basis and as per decided periodical frequency To ensure following of testing frequencies to avoid customer complaints Raise flag in advance where QC specification not met To ensure 5S parameters are maintained To prepare and store samples for testing and future reference Blackbox preparation of Dry Mix Product COMMUNICATION RELATIONSHIP INTERNAL Departmental Head Production Dispatch and Sales Team EXTERNAL Not Applicable Requirements Experience Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in QC Preferred Candidate Location Local candidates within 20 kms from job location is preferred Job Location Chikhli - Vansda Educational Qualification Diploma Civil B SC Chemistry ITI Civil Knowledge Skills 1 Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems QMS and testing methodologies 2 Knowledge of building materials Coarse and fine aggregates cement fly ash Construction Chemicals 3 Learning Attitude 4 Strong Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
