**International Telesales cum Marketing Representative - Female**

We are looking for an enthusiastic International Telesales cum Global marketing Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. Employee should play a key role in launching products and services worldwide. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. Must have outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
- Making maximum outbound calls and generating leads.
- B2B, Appointment setting for the international and domestic market to sell our product range.
- Ability to track and follow-up leads.
- Ensure the maximum number of appointments should be made for the day.
- Should have good interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Online marketing like social media marketing, Google Ad words would be an advantage
- Research online and source prospective clients.

**Required Knowledge, Skill & Abilities**:
Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with mínimal supervision are essential.

Ability to work independently is imperative.

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

Team player and capable of thinking outside the box.

Detail oriented and able to accurately proofread marketing materials.

Gathers and analyzes information skillfully.

Ability to make sound, timely, and accurate judgment while supporting reasoning for decisions.

Professional, responsive, and a positive work attitude.

Resourceful, flexible, and well organized.

Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

Able to maintain filing systems and basic databases.

Strong verbal skills and the ability to communicate professionally.

**Experience**: Should have minimum experience of 2 years in Tele calling environment in an International BPO
