AGM Job description

Job Objective

To provide leadership and direction in the financial and administrative functions, including human resources, procurement, and facilities management, while ensuring that all financial functions of the company are fully harnessed in meeting its strategic goals.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

To formulate and implement sound financial management, strategies, and systems that ensure effective control and accountability of the company’s resources.

Develop and implement annual budgets and cost control measures.

Provide oversight to the finance, human resource, and general administrative functions.

Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and prepare timely and accurate financial statements and management reports on the company's performance.

Manage the company’s overall treasury activities and review financial management and reporting systems.

Ensure the company’s compliance with the statutory and contractual reporting requirements.

Develop and implement annual budgets and cost control measures.

Ensure budgetary controls and monitor expenditures in relation to the budget.

Job Requirements

15 years of professional work experience in managing finance functions.

Knowledge of the manufacturing industry will be added advantage.

In-depth knowledge of budgets, financial systems, reporting, and implementing financial controls systems.

Must be proficient in computer operation and the ability to work with financial-related software and packages.

Must have a high level of integrity and adequate managerial skills.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.

Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet software such as Excel or Google Sheets

Demonstrable negotiating and diplomacy skills

Proven leadership, teamwork, analytical and decision-making skills.

Minimum age 35 years.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
