**Responsibilities**:

- **Handle outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.**:

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Actively listen to customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions.
- Perform basic online research to assist customers with specific inquiries.
- Adhere to company policies and processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- **Must be fluent in English with an excellent vocabulary.**:

- Strong listening skills and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
- Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
- Good to HaveAbility to conduct online research effectively.
- Prior experience in an international voice process or BPO environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
